What are the actions taken by the Ronron Club
team inthis time of COVID-19?

Don't worry: we take all necessary measures to reduce the chances of
transmission of COVID-19: hand cleaning, disinfection of packaging areas, 48-hour preventive withdrawal of returns. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us via the tab.

I live outside of Canada, can I still order?

Yes, it is now possible! Please refer to the next point for delivery options.

What do I need to know about delivery?

We offer shipping with Canada Post exclusively.

CANADA:
REGULAR SHIPPING fees are fixed by weight and vary between 1$ and 15$. We will always prioritize the cheapest shipping price possible depending on the product purchased and its weight, that's why some orders do not have a tracking number.
The SHIPPING WITH TRACKING fees definitely include a tracking number.
The XPRESSPOST SHIPPING fees are set at 25$/per 1 to 4 items and at 35$ for four items and more. This method of delivery is guaranteed and includes a tracking number.

USA:
SHIPPING FEE FOR SMALL PACKAGING is $20 CAD.
XPRESSPOST SHIPPING FEE is $40 CAD.

WORLD:
GROUND SHIPPING fee is $20 CAD.
AIRMAIL SHIPPING fee is $40 CAD.
XPRESSPOST SHIPPING fee is $80 CAD.

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. After that, the delays of reception of parcels are according to the standards of Canada Post. We offer tracking numbers when the selected delivery method allows it. Your order will be prepared and shipped either from Montreal or Quebec City! It all depends on who is taking care of your order and the stock!

We are not responsible if the package is lost or damaged in transit. Contact your local post office for more information.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

What do I need to know about returns and exchanges?

We can exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. You can reach us via the contact tab on our site for any request in this regard.

Please be aware that stained clothing, clothing damaged by bodily fluids (sweat, blood, etc.) and antiperspirant, clothing with odors (cigarette smell, marijuana smell, campfire smell, etc.) and altered clothing (stained, punctured, torn, etc.) will be considered final sale, therefore non-exchangeable/non-refundable.

I can't find my size, is that possible?

Ronron Club is in its start-up phase and we may need to adjust our stock over time. You can monitor our social networks for the latest arrivals or contact us to signal your interest!

Can I pick up my order in person to avoid shipping charges?

Unfortunately not, with a few exceptions for limited holiday products.

Can I find your products in store?

Currently, you can find the crewneck Ronron Nightclub at the Artpop Montreal boutique located on the Plateau-Mont-Royal. If you are interested in having our products in your store, please contact us via the tab.

How do I care for my garments Ronron Club?

The secret recipe is to avoid the dryer, wash in cold water (better for the planet!) and air dry! Also, don't iron directly on the designs because the ink could make you crazy (it's better to iron inside out)!
